Latin America was recognized as a critical growth market, but there was no forum for dialogue across the businesses about how to leverage scale in the region or to accelerate development for leaders to take cross-functional roles.
In partnership with internal leaders and external subject matter experts, we designed and delivered a three-day leadership program that focused on building business and leadership skills for executives operating business units in Latin America. The program comprised dynamic experiential sessions designed to:
Deepen understanding of industry and macroeconomic trends
Engage executives in dialogue on current business and leadership challenges
Facilitate discussion of new business opportunities across the company and the region
Enhance leadership effectiveness through 360 feedback and executive coaching
Broaden executive networks across Latin America and business units
The program was delivered in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, and Miami to executives in each of the business units. Latin America continues to be an important growth market with dynamic regulatory, economic, technology, and cultural changes. The knowledge and relationships forged in this program enhance future opportunities for value creation in the businesses.
